How is the price worked out?
The quote tool uses the type of clean, bedrooms, bathrooms, extras and how often you want us. That gives a range. We confirm the final price before you book.

What does a regular clean cover?
A regular clean covers the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms: surfaces wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, bins emptied. The regular home cleaning page has the full list, and the quote tool shows extras you can add.
Do you do short-stay changeovers?
Yes. The Airbnb turnover service is built for the gap between guests. Tell us your check-out and check-in times when you book.
End-of-lease cleaning
Do you work from a checklist for end-of-lease cleans?
Yes. We work through a written, room-by-room checklist. You can read it, tick it off yourself and print it before we arrive. It is on the end-of-lease page.
Is the oven part of an end-of-lease clean?

Do you clean carpets?
Yes, carpet cleaning is available as an extra on an end-of-lease clean and as a separate service. Tick Carpets in the quote tool to include it in your range.
Offices and businesses
Can you quote for an office or shopfront?
Yes. Use the business quote form on the office cleaning page with your floor area, how often you need us and any out-of-hours requirements, and we will come back with a quote.
