These terms apply when you request a quote or book a service from BN Visionary Cleaning Services. By booking, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Quotes and prices

Online price ranges are estimates based on what you tell us. We confirm the final price before your booking is locked in. If the property is different from what was described, for example more rooms or heavier soiling, we will tell you before we start and agree any change to the price.

Bookings

A booking request is not confirmed until we confirm it with you. We will confirm the date, time window and price. Please give accurate details, including the address, access arrangements and anything we should know about the property.

Access

You are responsible for making sure we can enter the property at the agreed time, and for telling us about alarms, pets, parking and any hazards.

Changes and cancellations

Please contact us as early as you can if you need to change or cancel a booking.

Payment

We confirm payment details when we confirm your booking.

Our guarantee

If something is not right, please tell us promptly so we can put it right.

Your property and our liability

We take reasonable care of your property. Please tell us about fragile or valuable items, and anything that should not be moved or cleaned.

Your information

We handle personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

The information on this website is general. Prices, inclusions and availability may change. Please do not misuse the website or its forms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, and the courts of the ACT have jurisdiction, unless the law says otherwise.
